"Nonpublic personal information" is nonpublic information about you that we obtain in connection with providing a product or service to you.

BancPartner does not collect any information which would identify your customers. In the event that you provide us a sample file or other customer data for testing purposes, we pledge to keep such data confidential and will only disclose such information as we may be required to do so by law.
The web site does not collect identifying information about visitors in the form of cookies. We do retain the membership enrollment form should you choose to try our service. When you update your OFAC list, the BancPartner software does transmit a verification key to authenticate your access to our servers.
